Everything not mentioned in the Pros. Local (PHX) Management does not understand that working employees 6 days a week and 10 hour days while telling them that they are not doing a great job is not good for moral. If you do not belong to the good ol' boys network, or do not kiss the proverbial butt you will never get ahead in this place. Every one is waiting for the next lay off to see if their number has come up, And there are layoffs every other month. The company will over hire then have a lay off the following week...
This job /company is a "inbetweener". Something to fill the gap from my last job to my next. Was a good experience on what a I don't want in a employer. Coworkers are great which made my experience tolerable.
Upper Management leads with fear and intimidation which is counter productive and leaves employees with a lack of motivation.
