High pressure, fast pace, the company won't pay for unused annual leaves, managers are result-oriented, they don't care about your progress & what you do, lots of audits, compensation except salary is poor.

Everything not mentioned in the Pros. Local (PHX) Management does not understand that working employees 6 days a week and 10 hour days while telling them that they are not doing a great job is not good for moral. If you do not belong to the good ol' boys network, or do not kiss the proverbial butt you will never get ahead in this place. Every one is waiting for the next lay off to see if their number has come up, And there are layoffs every other month. The company will over hire then have a lay off the following week...

Upper Management leads with fear and intimidation which is counter productive and leaves employees with a lack of motivation.

Multiple dept merged in IE like process and Maintenance

So far didn't notice any cons

Sometimes there is disorganization in the distribution of tasks.

Not many opportunities for advancement

The organization is too large, employee quality varies, and leaders are not necessarily better than their employees. In many cases, this is because leaders are very good at serving their superiors.
