Enterprise solution specialist
Good culture, Empowerment, Trust, No micromanagement. Employees are relatively healthy, and emotional stable, able to collaborate and get things done efficiently. Great place to learn since senior colleagues are patient and willing to guide the juniors. Great place for retirement as well hahah

Its a paycheck, slightly better than average
Was told during hiring that it would be a 40hr/wk job. Immediately turned into 6 days/wk mandatory because "we didnt me production goals" which is impossible when the goals keep increasing as the week goes on. Now starting to be 7 days/wk. Supply chain project manager
Good benefits. Nice campus and events held regularly.
Toxic male dominated culture. Doesn't matter how hard you work or if people like working with you, there are massive layoffs end of year without a care. Older or younger, the knowledge or energy you bring doesn't matter.
