- tends to be more of an "old boys" club, many of the executives have been with the company for over 15 years - stale thinking, too many executives have the same background - cowboy attitude, not enough analytical thought goes into many business decisions

They do layoffs. You can easily get blamed for actions even if it's not your fault. Escalation is supposed to solve issues regardless who you are. But mine didnt.

Management mindset, blame, management from the office, leadership team not working with each other, no vision, lack of leadership
