While working at a very fast environment your family balance could be downwarded Some things happend behind the scenes, things that affects you, and you are the last one to know it
Good lower level people on site
Bad management practices Favoritism rampant
A lot of opportunities to develop yourself with different tools

- tends to be more of an "old boys" club, many of the executives have been with the company for over 15 years - stale thinking, too many executives have the same background - cowboy attitude, not enough analytical thought goes into many business decisions
Great job. Plenty of overtime when required.
They do layoffs. You can easily get blamed for actions even if it's not your fault. Escalation is supposed to solve issues regardless who you are. But mine didnt.
Asheville is a great location and the facility looks nice

The environment is stressful and everything is always in a hustle. No attention to developing one's career.
