Difficult place to work for non-white people, you will be worked to the bone with much slower growth opportunities.

Highly technical, so you have to work hard to get up to speed. An engineering degree is required with relevant industry experience.

Management thrives on gossip,lazy supervisor,hostal environment created by management. Hr rep is not their to help you. Raises suck,3% max you can get a year. No room for advancement

Loud, poor communication, messy on the production lines. Many union operators are a pain to work with. They are always trying to get away with doing the bare minimum and get very angry if they feel the production lines are running too fast. They can get spiteful and start damaging parts which makes the engineer on the line look bad.

Not many career development opportunities.

Those who tattles the most win prizes from a special website. As compensation for this activity, you will get a much lower salary than any other equivalent company. If you are a recent graduate, I would advise you to stay away from this company so you don't damage your reputation. Your better off doing something outside your field until a real opportunity at a serious company arises.

In India UK management do not have much role. Because of tiny size, growth opportunists lacks here here. Internal transfers within India are not feasible. Although it is a MNC but in India it works like local company. Employees do not get much knowledge about global business of company.

Top management never believe in down the level policies are only for formality. No clarity in your role and what should do what should not to do. Need more strengthen to top level management

Do not expect to grow or move around this company. The majority of people who work here are generally nice people and mean well, but will throw you under the bus to save their own skin at any cost. Safety is at the bottom of the list for this company's values. They may preach they are safe and care about safety, but don't be fooled. More tenured employees with 7-10 years of employment can get away with just about anything, so the real work and production falls onto the new underpaid employees. Management hires supervisors and managers who lack any sort of relevant experience needed to perform or troubleshoot in relative environments. Also to note, the union is a joke. Upper management has pulls and ties with the ability to divide the union and get anything they want from union committee. Management will take everything away they possibly can while the union sits back and watches. Anyone who speaks up will generally be ousted and left on the street looking for another job. This is not a real union shop and you have no job security whatsoever.

The working hours are too long

Can sometimes feel like direction keeps changing. Can be very stressful at times. Pay is on low side (but not horrible) and organization is very flat, meaning career advancement is difficult.
