Good benifits, Some friendly admin staff
Difficult place to work for non-white people, you will be worked to the bone with much slower growth opportunities.
People are fantastic, collaborative, team environment. Pay and benefits are good.
Highly technical, so you have to work hard to get up to speed. An engineering degree is required with relevant industry experience.
Profit shareing and internal work is good
Management thrives on gossip,lazy supervisor,hostal environment created by management. Hr rep is not their to help you. Raises suck,3% max you can get a year. No room for advancement

Slow promotion even when promised fast turnover rate. Lack of engineering application until promoted to Washcoat engineering and Process engineering.

The current senior management is as dumb as they come. No opportunity for advancement outside of the UK office.
