Great health benefits and 401K package. Great staff to work with. Johnson Matthey is open to providing additional training to their employees and continuing education!
Some of their systems and policies on how they do things are outdated.
Relatively generous retirement plan and benefits
New management can be short-sighted and squeezing too much out of for too little. However, staff culture did need to be shaken up and dead wood eliminated. Perhaps they will find a happy medium in the future
Working with good people doing challenging work.
Not the highest pay, but benefits sort of make up for it.
People, Pay, Benefits, Some excellent global initiatives
More focus on bottom line in US, management had been hard line historically, had been improving in recent years, but digressing of late
Free lunch, lots of employee perks
Expensive area to live in, salaries just average
Good working conditions grow and
Salary very less slow procee
Benefits, lunch, Flexible schedule, multi culti
Old style management, mainly white, old men. Vertical structure, very difficult to advance career
Excellent learning opportunity for students coming out of university.
Unpredictable management in rotations, Work/life balance depends on the rotation manager.
Interesting engineering/science, friendly and relaxed working environment. Good bonus scheme, pensions and shares. A global company that has the potential to give exciting career.
Huge under-investment around certain parts of the business has lead to some departments massively under-resourced for the work they need to do. Pay is low considering the hazards and risks. Career progression too dependent upon whether you were on the graduate scheme or have a senior manager backing you. The career planning is very poor.
Very good benefits and compensation considering what jobs entail though benefits have been slowly degrading over time. Fairly good area to work in (SE PA).
Not a cheerful place to work. Often asked for above average results with below average resources and unreasonable timelines. Very high turnover rate.
