Operation executive

Pros

My overall experience has been decent. The company offers a welcoming and collaborative work environment. My team is generally friendly and supportive, creating a positive atmosphere that makes coming to work more enjoyable.

Cons

One of the challenges I've faced during my tenure is the increasing workload due to staff attrition. Several colleagues have left, and their responsibilities have been shifted to me. While I understand the necessity of maintaining operations, it has been overwhelming to handle tasks that fall outside of my original job scope. Despite my willingness to contribute to the team's success, I believe there should be a fair balance between additional responsibilities and appropriate compensation. My greatest disappointment arises from the fact that I've been performing tasks beyond my job description without receiving proper recognition or compensation for my efforts.

Pros

Pros

Opportunity to learn / explore new things

Cons

Bos is toxic and will push you to deliver more. No support even when informed that we need more staff. If there is one good worker who is productive / creative, this worker will be loaded with more work. No guidance, if do wrong, will be reprimanded sharply. Pay is below market rate.

Pros

Friendly colleague to share workload. Supportive reporting manager who will help in looking for graphic reference to rush work. Good for people who wanted a corporate job.

Cons

Retail or mall industry are decoration and operation lead, not much of the functional design(in my opinion) to achieve here. In terms of the flow of work, when we got a campaign or event, we are tasked to come up with design, but without a brief or a direction; When asked for more clarification, we are to be said we are slow in understanding. When we finished the draft and sent for feedback, we will be in the wait for a period of time, and when the feedback is given, usually they will need the change in a rush, this is an indication of poor time management. Management has a always-wanted-win attitude and would just brushed the the previous comment or feedback, the level of articulation is low, hard to gauge what management wants time and efforts are often wasted
