Easily boring and sticthly SOP need to follow

Bad management, boring, nothing new and broken promises

Where do I start, first of all, my boss agreed to take me in as a fresh grad.. even though the job description says 2years experience. She know how I zero experience I am yet she still expect me can learn everything in 14days. No guidance after that. She really downgrade you once she think you very slow and want you to resign. I still dont understand why she accept me in the first place.. if she want fast worker then just take 2years experience worker la. so dumb. JUST DONT COME. maybe other departments are okay. I think.

Did not enjoyed typical Chinese corporate world as most of the employees are less friendly as if other employees did not exist in their world. Honestly I am against the practices from Pavilion as they are not complying with 17 SDG which they should utilise it considering we are in digital era rather than sticking with typical old school working environment without any innovation. I don`t see any progress from the company to innovate something new to replace old school methods. For those who came from global company, I advise you to stay away from Pavilion or typical Malaysian/Chinese corporate world.

No work-life balance, no teamwork

Very stressful and busy life

High activities, great demand on job performance. A lot of activities will have to follow up personally.

-Very TOXIC company -No work life balance (Took AL but still need to join meeting) -Lack of leadership

- Very political - HR boss is very BIASED and not efficient - HR girls are followers and not doers - Policies not clear - Management thinks non-management staffs' issues are NOTHING - Unfair treatment given by HR based on the relationship you have with them - Promotions and bonuses are given based on how much your boss likes you and not actually on your performance - Career Opportunities are judged based on how likable you are in the office In conclusion, win over the heart of HR and your boss, you'll go high up in this company.

Coordination, service quality . Traffics problems / taxi issues and some F&B are too expensive
