Semua agak sebaya umur - lepasan kolej /uni
no work/life balance. takde OT tapi klau datang lambat seminit kena potong gaji. 2 shift kerja kadang2 kena kerja whole day dari pagi sampai malam, dah balik rumah pun kena buat kerja sampai tgh pagi buta. lagi satu takleh ckp dgn department lain, kalau cakap / jumpa walaupun kat luar tempat kerja boleh sampai kena warning letter.
Supportive Management: The founder and all heads of departments are very understanding and always willing to assist the team to improve and stay on track. Growth-Oriented Environment: There’s continuous guidance and motivation to help everyone reach their potential. Flexible Working Arrangement: I truly appreciate the flexibility, it helps maintain a good work-life balance. Positive Culture: I’m very grateful for the opportunity to grow professionally and personally with such a dedicated and caring team.
Target-Based Income: There are performance targets to achieve in order to earn more income. However, I see this as a privilege , it pushes us to aim higher and rewards us with bigger income when we perform well.
