Pros

Work from home is the only benefit, internet allowance also don’t have, laptop also you have to bring by yourself at that time where we have to work in office

Cons

No basic salary only depends on commission, boss always try hard to make himself popular by forcing staff to engage on his instagram account and google reviews. All the reviews on google is a fake review from their staff

Pros

I’ve been working here for over 11 years, growing from a tutor to a management position. Honestly, this company has changed my life, not because it’s perfect, but because it gives those who are serious about learning, growing, and performing the chance to shine. Like any company, expectations are high, and performance is monitored closely. Those who are disciplined and proactive tend to stay for many years (just like many of us still here). However, those who struggled with discipline or performance may have found it challenging and that’s understandable, but it doesn’t mean the company is toxic. Here, effort is recognized, ideas are welcomed, and loyalty is appreciated. I’ve seen many colleagues build stable income, work-from-home flexibility, and strong friendships through this platform. Pros: • Supportive and growth-oriented environment for committed people • Clear career progression (many started from zero and grew into leadership roles) • Work-from-home opportunities with good systems and training • A management team that genuinely cares about long-term success

Cons

• Fast-paced, not suitable for those who lack self-discipline or motivation • High expectations, performance and accountability are important here

Pros

When I first joined the company, what stood out the most was how structured everything was. From data to SOP, there is always a clear direction to follow. For me, this became a strong learning environment, because I was never left alone to figure things out...leaders and colleagues are always willing to share their experience. The company also encourages continuous learning and trying new things, which helped me build new skills and confidence. On top of that, the wfh flexibility made a big difference for me personally, allowed me to take better care of my family while still focusing on my career.

Cons

Because it’s a large organization, there are established processes and SOP that you need to follow. For people who don like structure or not open to learning, it may feel challenging at first. Personally, I see these SOP as a positive thing ....without clear systems, it would be hard for the company to improve and grow. New joiners just need to be mentally prepared that there’s a lot to learn, but in the long run, is worth it.

Pros

- Daily, weekly and monthly rewards - Direct support - OTJ Training

Cons

- Very competitive - Fast paced

Brand mentor

Mar 30, 2026

Pros

The mentoring and coaching system has strong potential. It encourages mentors to experiment, research, and apply practical marketing strategies directly with Brand Officers. This helps employees understand sales patterns and develop their own approaches.

Cons

Mentor quality is inconsistent, and management provides limited space for genuine creativity. Rigid systems are imposed, some appearing to rely on generic, unadapted frameworks. Management is also not very open to discussion or feedback, often promoting a single method based on past success in another market, which may not align well with the local context.
