I’ve been working here for over 11 years, growing from a tutor to a management position. When I first joined the company, what stood out the most was how structured everything was. From data to SOP, there is always a clear direction to follow. For me, this became a strong learning environment, because I was never left alone to figure things out...leaders and colleagues are always willing to share their experience. The company also encourages continuous learning and trying new things, which helped me build new skills and confidence. On top of that, the wfh flexibility made a big difference for me personally, allowed me to take better care of my family while still focusing on my career.
