The biggest challenge during my time here was the management. There was often a lack of clear strategic direction, which sometimes left the team feeling a bit lost on key projects. Unfortunately, this issue is compounded by a high turnover rate among experienced and hardworking staff. It seems the company struggles to retain its most valuable talent, which can be detrimental to long-term growth and stability.

Management love to micromanage every little thing. Obvious nepotism in workplace and toxic competition that is measured by factors such as "hours spent at work".
