Low rates per hour. Late closing time.
Good working culture. Fun to explore drink menus.
Bonus are based on sales
Prepare to work long hours if one of the staff doesn't show up. No bonus for the month if a disgruntled customer makes a complaint, even if the customer is in the wrong.
Nothing can be described as pros.
1. Low salary compared to other F&B company. 2. There are no bonuses and allowances at all. 3. Not conducive working environment. 4. Poor management. 5. Working system and all the SOPs are really outdated.
nothing much worth to be taken as a good point
-severely understaffed, often cramming 2 person job alone -late response when there's faulty electrical tools causing working space to be a safety hazard -too demanding and lots of solo shifts despite being a newcomer with zero experience prior -no proper guidance and training, they just expect you to suddenly know and execute your job well -low pay, definitely not worth the back pain when covering one shift alone with cleaning, serving customer, prepping ingredients all at the same time
Good exposure to the F&B industry
Depending on the location, you may get bad colleagues
Good company to learn and grow. CEO, HOD and managers always open for discussion and open feedback.
Can be stressful. Career progression within company may be limited depending on position. No parking.
Discount price for all drinks.
Salary pay is below the market for the professional/manager position
good benefit and working environment
too many things going on
Good environment & challenging work
Not that I could think of
