50% off F&B brands from cloud kitchen in HQ
Lack of direction from direct managers and upper management if not working for the main brands in portfolio

Great working environment with flexibility. Fast paced but proper guidance is given. Suitable for fresh graduates, a lot can be learnt. Good work-life balance.
Average benefits & salary with high turnover rate.

I honestly can't think of any.
- Unrealistic expectations with super low pay. - The insults from superiors can be kind of personal, being yelled at, manipulated and harassed leaving me traumatized. - once they are done with you / you are no longer beneficial to them, they will replace you and kick you aside in a heartbeat.
Human resources
Shared accountability by the management and team members

Lack of career growth. Ineffective leadership leading to unclear direction and low morale. Unclear and instability management structure causing uncertainty. Lack of focus on sustainability and corporate social responsibility.

Tearista
Can be enjoyable if found the correct outlet to work at
Tiring as most of the time, there's not enough staff
- Great colleagues, always look out for staff so that they can give the best quality of services, food & beverages.
- There are much better options out there if want to get a higher salary per hour for part-time. So if you're looking for an RM8.00 - RM 10.00 or more, this is not the place.
- Overall such a good experience.
- Management need to monitor the staff
Strong teamwork and helpful colleagues
Requires a willingness to adapt
Finance
- open seated, so u can build friendship with others easily - most doc are digital, easy no need print
-toilet sharing -limited parking space
For career starter this is a good company as they give pretty good starting salary, the work culture is not strict depends on your superior, lots of activities for employee also
Office politics that effect your bonus and increment and you will stuck at your position for a long time. Maybe can stay for 2-3 years for experience
gain more knowledge in F&B industry
need to work over time
Nothing interesting working there , just tired .
Its every tired . Almost everyweek I work from morning to night shift. They didn't even care about their employees health. Don't have incentive. Don't have klinik panel. Don't have benefit at all . I'm regret working at tealive
Part-time tearista
Good colleagues and fun team
Maybe low wages per hour
Designer
The colleagues and environment are great. Management is pretty loose and understanding because work is constant. People buy Tea all the time. There's something new every few weeks. HR is also great. Good benefits, diverse. Different department has different management style. You may request for a change.
Well, since work is constant and stable you might be doing a similar task everyday. Overtime, you get really good at it. It may become stagnant overtime.
Anonymous- salaried staff
Company provide flexibility of working hour
Overall is ok and not bad
Can't think of any to be fair
- Micromanagement, led to decreased morale - The worst manager I have met - Repetitive and pointless tasks, does not help with professional growth
- good environment - good management - gain knowledge
- closing outlet - customer complain
If only you want the experience My colleagues were amazing
A lot of physical work yet low pay Unreasonable working hours
Opportunities to learn and gain valuable experience.
Salary is on the lower side compared to industry standards. Bonus is minimal.
Get to learn a lot about the business, great environment
No cons, if you really work well with people, and can handle well, overall a good experience
- Great co-workers - Positive attitude - Company growth and advancement - Great experience with customer service development
- Salary do not matches the performance
Relatively easy job to do, stress-free work unless your working environment is not good. I had a really good supervisor so it was a fun learning experience for me there. The are plenty of career growth opportunities here.
The wages are low and you basically have to do everything there. If the pay is good, I would stay longer.
Outlet head
Provide easy opportunities to post SPM students who wished to work part-time/full-time
excess working hours with insufficient OT payment for full time workers
You get to learn alot
No career progression. Family Business
Customer service representative
Excellent place to start your employment journey.
Limited career growth, salary less competitive
Heavy workloads & runs by young managements
Can learn a lot of new ways of doing work
Good if you want to experience working as a Tearista, and you get a breakdown of your payroll at the end of the month, which shows the company’s effort at transparency
The work hours are bad, sometimes requiring 12 hours shift. The pay is on the low side I would say, and there are NO benefits other than that
Best to serve customer with different background
Computer system & payment device need to upgrade
Cashier/barista
Free drinks flexible schedule good vibes
no work life balance, manager too strict
Senior manager
Young management encouraging creativity and innovation
Front-end operation is faster than back-end supporting functions that create the back-end office unable to catch up the front-end pace
Have a lot of outlets Have training
