Tearista & cashier
- Great co-workers - Positive attitude - Company growth and advancement - Great experience with customer service development
- Salary do not matches the performance
Tearista
Relatively easy job to do, stress-free work unless your working environment is not good. I had a really good supervisor so it was a fun learning experience for me there. The are plenty of career growth opportunities here.
The wages are low and you basically have to do everything there. If the pay is good, I would stay longer.
Outlet head
Provide easy opportunities to post SPM students who wished to work part-time/full-time
excess working hours with insufficient OT payment for full time workers
Anonymous employee
You get to learn alot
No career progression. Family Business
Customer service representative
Excellent place to start your employment journey.
Limited career growth, salary less competitive
Heavy workloads & runs by young managements
Can learn a lot of new ways of doing work
Good if you want to experience working as a Tearista, and you get a breakdown of your payroll at the end of the month, which shows the company’s effort at transparency
The work hours are bad, sometimes requiring 12 hours shift. The pay is on the low side I would say, and there are NO benefits other than that
Best to serve customer with different background
Computer system & payment device need to upgrade
Cashier/barista
Free drinks flexible schedule good vibes
no work life balance, manager too strict
Senior manager
Young management encouraging creativity and innovation
Front-end operation is faster than back-end supporting functions that create the back-end office unable to catch up the front-end pace
