It's not with the company directly rather how they handled when a client is doing wrong things.

regarding the client sometimes is difficult to jump to the next level

- Lack of management in some projects where managers are not really involved.

I do not see any cons

From my view, everything was fine

They seem to hire in bulk and fire most when their probation period ends, even tough their performance is graded good or exceptional.

Large corporation with a lot of bureaucracy, salary increases almost not existent

In all projects you need to work at client's site.

Nothing much they need to improve a lot

They email you check to deposit to your account to then Zelle out to someone else for equipment

They have a lot of layoffs, if they don't find you a client in a month they will fired you

Repetitive tasks, Lack of proper communication between testing and development Very difficult to advance within the company

- things get tough when the situation is tough, eg. when looking for a new project, not much help provided - don't expect individual raise

Not very friendly people to work with and no company togetherness is all about the bottom line

With DXC acquisition things like salary increase is not going on a good direction for employees.

Depending on the project, employees may experience high workloads and tight deadlines, leading to periods of intense pressure.

Because of being an outsource company, there are not many in-house projects.

fake clients. all interviews no placements. Firing staff at 3 months citing no business

Mainly working on maintenance, but its ok

Design firm was swallowed by Luxoft. HR for 100K+ person company didn't understand a 50 person design firm. Could not get compensated or hire to succeed.

Like any consulting firm, your workload will be dependent on your client's strategy

To many people in the department, to stressful, not a lot of structure in work.

They scammed me into not receiving my workers rights, same happened to a co-worker. Low payment, workers exploitation

Some restrictions from parent company.

If you don’t have a project the internal drive to help you find one is lacking.

When there are no proper resources with required knowledge, puts pressure on a few without pressurising those who dont.

1.No job security they will teriminate immediately once project done. 2.No recruiter will touch with you if you don't have project. 3.They will tel internal mobility will takecare once you release project but recruiters don't take about you seriously.Simple tell no project 3.If you join that company before you decide you will have only 6 to 1 year to stay if you have project. I strongly recommend people if you have more then one offer don't go luxoft.

Not receving any raise in 2 years

- Slightly poor benefits compared to other companies; - Troublesome onboarding process with the client.

Not enough projects in Hyderabad. I have been settle down in Hyderabad but now also reporting to a Bangalore client

- they do not pay so well

I don’t know the future of my position. Nobody knows when the top management will decide to terminate employees.

No salary increases. There are no other cons

bad when it comes to raise

Under the DXC people are facing no pay rise in last two years (thats what management says) even though company have been making huge profits. especially the project that i am part of. yet there have been nothing but disappointments.

Depends on client, sometimes u may need to work on old tech.

Compensation can be adjusted to match the skills and market.
