Low salary There is no yearly salary raises. Performance reviews are not fair. If you are starting without a project and can't find one during probation then you'll be terminated. The skill requirements of the client projects are very demanding/specific. Hence it is hard to find a suitable project. Additionally internal mobility is hardly working because of the skill requirements. Mybenefit points are not enough.

If your project end then it is hard to find internal movement. No proper support received from HR team to find the internal project. delay in response
