Challenges of remote work are not fully addressed, company/client should solve it by organizing more often on site events, like team buildings, business trips to Customer, some knowledge sharing and brainstorming events.

Salaries are not increasing as expected

Hire and fire culture. Unorganized and bad management. Demanding and selfish bosses. 3 months notice period. No bonus or increment.

Too much of office politics Not a friendly company for Indians outside India

No bonus no allowances after joining

Didn't provide opportunity for certification due to project management. Kinda slow response and sluggish project organization.

Not many interesting projects for people.
