Job security is less when people come to bench. There is no backup plan or backup projects for the respective skill that they hire people. Hence most of the people who are in bench will be terminated with 3 month of company notice period.

Sometimes You can find bad project. Everything is very individual of the project.

Sometimes not a big sallary because of service company specialization

there kis no any major corns i see. Everything i Feel Good

Worst company I had 4 offers however I joined this company even after reading negative comments. Don't fall on WFH option , despite this ..nothing to encourage to join this company .I deployed in investment banking project where I struggled to get repository access , all intranet and interet applications .they block access for vendors and take one month to provide access to start with work ...struggling to work.
