Senior software engineer
Good opportunities to learn and grow
Job market is bad atm and there a very few new projects
flexible workhours based on clients requirements
very few available client projects not part of collective agreement, so hikes are rare
Group manager
A lot of different projects.
Work content is relatively boring.
Junior data analyst
Extensive training opportunity given to all staff on the technical side. depending on client there are opportunity for flexible work schedules. The amount of leaves are great as well.
Not much support from the company, The company prioritises the needs of client over their staff. There are frequent gaps in communication from HR to staff. If you're not assigned a direct line manager, you'll feel rather out of the loop for however long that period is Salary is below industry average and progression is not the fastest

I have been working there for two years and I’m enjoying it, the benefits are really good, the work load is good depending on the project, the culture fosters development and growth, and also most people are amazing.
Sometimes they hire people based on years of experience rather than actual experience.
Senior c++ developer
as in every outsource/outstaff company almost all depends on current project and current local management. In my concrete case: - local management is really careful, responsible and friendship - company provides all social guarantees, have never problems with salary payments, any changes in projects and work are predictable - cool comfortable modern office at the center of city - have a good HR team and interal mobility program is OK - have a huge internal library of a trainings/courses
- not so much side events, such as organized by company team buildings (excursions, hiking, cycling, gaming, hackathons etc.) - probably no bench novadays
Great place for growth and more
Some projects are not so great but most of them are good
