Big company, difficult to sometimes have viability on what you need to do

- can be support of old project (depending on team)

No increments, no bonuses, no stock options

Deadlines, pressure, competition, burnout, complexity.

Project are all of client locations and no fair treatment to the employee , i was treated badly when I worked with SCB client. and even with Finastra Client i was told all lies about what kind of work i will be doing it. and after exit from the company they are with holding the service letter even tough all the clearance was given by all departments.

Spent almost 2 years without a salary increase while having excellent performance reviews.

No Project no Job, Not a good HR policy

Situation with papieworks in a company is quite complicated and unclear. HRs always miss something and rarely can answer your questions. During last few years (2021-2024...) getting a salary raise becomes a real challenge and unfortunately it is not really depends on your skills.
