Need better projects Management can do better

After over 14 years of service and over 3 years of no bonus, I was given a notice of redundancy following only 8 weeks on bench by an offshore "resource manager" with whom I had zero relationship with. No thank you, no good bye, no nothing, out the virtual door you go.

Toxic management. Everything is focused on results, regardless of burnout. Industry-wide layoffs, and layoffs within the company as well. Reduced spending on employees: no corporate events, loyalty programs, team buildings, etc. At some point, employees were relocated from Russia just to transfer knowledge to local teams who are cheaper. Sooner or later, the parent company will take over everything — whether your position will remain is uncertain.

Opportunities are not much once Project is over

Client centric company, if you are billable then good otherwise you will be in trouble.

Work culture and other activities

Not well performant equipment. Compensation is under the market.

Being an outsourcing company, you have very limited opportunities to have a management position.
