They compensate public holidays that fall on weekends. No restrictions on wfh, but this might depend on the team. The admin HR were really fast in solving any problems I had.
Pay is not that good and you have to fight tooth an nail for an increase if the increases aren't frozen. The evaluation process seems a joke and I don't think it matters all that much.

Istanbul location I would not recommend to join because of lack of pay and promises and not delivering them, they dont offer inflation pay and their reasoning is "we pay in dollars", which is hilarious because dollar does not match the inflation
