Growth and learning is all Murex based, no outside or self learning helps

No career growth, nothing to look forward to

Salary review is once per year and there is no define road map for promotins

- currently, conpany is under restructuring, so layoffs may occure

Hike not regular and decent. Lack of proper communication for carrier growth.
