Projects with old tech stack, absent focus on delivery but on longer contract, managers scared to take responsibility.

I have been around 2 years ..if you are in project no issues at all no one will ping you . after 2 years got released project ..getting new project here horrible you have to give interviews like IIT even u perform well interviews you will get feedback technically not strong .in previous project even you got award or client appreciations it wont matter for them .. you have to give interviews frequently because there is no internal accounts no ODCS you have to give like out side interview interviews of internal horrible ... they will ask only what they want 2 programs if you done successfully one another one partial they mention in feedback not technically strong ..with in 30 min they Judging your 9 to 10 years experience .. they dont know they loosing good people.. I don't know it will change or not suggestion for anyone try for good product company's.
