- The Recruitment team is the main reason behind the high turnover in this team. Their toxicity, unprofessional behavior, and poor communication skills create a hostile environment with a negative, competitive mindset. This team often works around company rules and agreements just to hit short-term targets, which damages trust and compliance. - The entire Recruitment/HR and operations functions contribute to a culture of office politics, favoritism, and lack of professionalism, which also negatively affects the Engineering team and the image of the company on the long-term. - No work-life balance, unstable job requirements, and sudden project changes and decisions. - Poor salaries, no raises, and unfair bonus schemes. - Frequent layoffs with no transparency from the management. - No appreciation for experienced employees, recognition is given only to favorites, often without merit.
