schedule flexibility, and that is it
DXC is killing Luxoft like a cancer. Indian top management have no idea how to win new business , how to keep old business or how to keep good employees . No merit increase for 2 years now . No benefits
flexibility team testing yea that's it
salary work life balance no remote yea no
Working from home is nice and the types of clients are really interesting.
The parent company DXC is awful and continually hurting the company.
great culture, reat people, great benefits, and payment
Limited growth opportunities in some departments
Good place to work and explore
Nothing specific to mention about
Professional Management, good compensation, good place to learn
not that much, maybe lack of parking spaces
It is a great company to work as soon as you have a project, with a great salary and benefits
They are losing projects and sending a lot of people to bench, they don't worry to move people to another project as soon as it happens and prefer to fire them, even they have open positions. Also, they have hired employees and close the project after 2-3 months and the employee will be on the same situation mentioned at the beggining
Good place, great people, Dynamic environment
Getting swallowed up by DXC
Good job fo everyone in the world
None of cons I can’t declare
For more than 20 years Luxoft used to be a synergy of interesting projects and smart people
Salery below market, not increased for several years Loyalty program cancelled without advance warning, people lost access to the points they used to collect for years to finally exchange for some cheap stuff like headphones or watches. Top management recently got fired without advance warning, accounts blocked by surprise (by the way, Glassdor still thinks Dmitri Loshchinin is a CEO, he isn't).
