There were a couple of great people that worked there and would bend over backwards to help. The longevity of the company was very enticing as well as a decent pay rate. Local company.

A company past its prime and failing year after year. A revolving door with management. Leadership has no idea how to manage people and help them succeed. Some very lazy employees who spend more time worrying about lunch than working as a team. There is absolutely no moving up with this company.

The company has a long-standing history and a name that is associated with top quality products around the world. It's an opportunity to work with people from around the world every day to solve an array of challenges. Locally in the US, it's a small organization, with two central locations and sales personnel spread across the country. Employees are willing to take the time to explain what is necessary and make it a point to ensure you understand. Everyone pitches in where and when it is needed, even when those tasks may not fall into their job descriptions.
Cons
With new management and a fresh generation of employees, the company is working through many of its past operational challenges. As always, adjustment can be slow and difficult at times, however the company is consistently striving towards better things.
