No one listens to you because they hire Employees on third party payroll. and they exploit employees like hell

-Oportunity to move around the world (if you have the languages) -Easy job
-Horrible management -Company is runned by the Maccaferri family (they do not respond to anyone, therefore sometimes they do some very questionable actions) -Graduate programme (which they advert it lasts for 2 years) consists of 4 months of power point presentations, and after that run around trying to get some work (difficult thing to do if you do not speak Italian. The employers don't really like speaking English)
