Industry leader, small team, great learning
High work pressure, no middle management, high attrition
Good pay, Accessible location, great community
The organizational hierarchy and some of the process are not very systematized
Friendly people and very good environment to work
Some people must be open to changes that always is coming
Work Life Balance and Motivated Staff
Nothing at all in company
It looks great on your CV from experience.
People are overworked sometimes, but that happens at a lot of companies.
Flexible working hours and great place to work
Low salary for technical engineer
-Oportunity to move around the world (if you have the languages) -Easy job
-Horrible management -Company is runned by the Maccaferri family (they do not respond to anyone, therefore sometimes they do some very questionable actions) -Graduate programme (which they advert it lasts for 2 years) consists of 4 months of power point presentations, and after that run around trying to get some work (difficult thing to do if you do not speak Italian. The employers don't really like speaking English)
Good growth and learning opportunity
Incredible pressure for sales and high targets
Good culture and overall pay.
Poor overhead management leading to layoffs.
