Very bad OM. Forcing to change Hybrid setup and keep pushing to WOS. Not all people would like to WOS specially when you are promised with yearly increased which did not happen and what was offered to me on interview was less when I the contract is provided. Make sure to read the contract and based it from what was offered to you initially. Also the new OM has crafty ways forcing employees to resign with the sudden changes being applied to your work. Also expect to have more workload here without salary increase.
