Systems are old and cannot handle the demand. Processes are confusing and blurred between multiple roles. Training is the bare minimum. I have been with this department 2 years and have had 5 managers.

Projects are more focused on legacy thinking. I don't understand why they consider themselves a digital leader. Too bureaucratic with constant org. restructuring causing abrupt layoffs, low morale and a lack of transparency.

Salary is some how competitive but promotion is somewhat slow.
