High Workload, low work life balance

Top heavy - with people who only care about themselves. Women in leadership who do not support women. So much toxic and selfish behavior. Layoffs are the norm and first action taken, even when its not for financial reasons. They basically lay people off multiple times a year to shift strategy. If you say one things that rubs "wrong" person badly - you're gone.

Not easy to make commission

May get complacent if you are lazy.

there are constant reorganization within the company so if something happens on the top management, then subordinates are probably going to be impacted as well
