This is a strong well respected company. I worked for the Investment Management Piece. Global opportunities to grow. Some great people.
Top heavy - with people who only care about themselves. Women in leadership who do not support women. So much toxic and selfish behavior. Layoffs are the norm and first action taken, even when its not for financial reasons. They basically lay people off multiple times a year to shift strategy. If you say one things that rubs "wrong" person badly - you're gone.
Good Base Pay / Salary
Not easy to make commission
Financial adviser
Flexibility, you are your own boss.
May get complacent if you are lazy.
Senior platform engineer
A great place to work, people are nice, and the company takes care of their employees well being.
there are constant reorganization within the company so if something happens on the top management, then subordinates are probably going to be impacted as well
