GM picks on people (in front of other people) and eventually you need to look for another job because of the unrelenting scrutiny (this happened to several people). Toxic HR.

Pay Compensation is one of the best in Chicago Benefits are unmatched that I have seen.
I don't have any Cons at the moment. Not to say it doesn't have anything, but they all seem petty to me, like parking, travel, just pettiness.
Front desk agent
It pays money if you need a job
Really early and really late hours, low pay, sparky coworkers. At least management was nice.

Finance
The company give high salary because of the service charge
- Poor leadership in the Finance Department. Immediate supervisor lacked emotional intelligence, was unsupportive, and showed poor people management skills. - Workload was often overwhelming, with unrealistic expectations that led to burnout among the team. - Constructive feedback was not welcomed, and staff morale suffered as a result. - No clear career path or mentorship within the department, making it difficult to grow professionally. - HR seemed aware but didn’t take effective action.
