Good benefits, good culture. You'll have to drink the kool-aid a bit but if you learn and know their systems and process, you can pivot anywhere in the world and will always have a job.
Be prepared to continually add on to your job every year. Marriott values their employees but it's a business like any other and gaining several new projects in the year is the norm.
