Could have w better travel related perks

Profit sharing could be better with a fairer bonus structure for lower level employees versus senior ones. Existing operational /system/process gaps need to be plugged but the focus is continually on expanding platforms and product lines and this puts a strain on an individual's efficiency. US centric organisation when markets outside of the US can drive innovation and process changes just as well, but will need to defer to Global teams.
