Flat structure, fixed HR rules to grow, not a meritocratic carrier

Career progression and talent management is still not on par with best in class tech, consulting, banking. Best talent is not closely tracked and guided. Can be more client centric - too many decisions are based on political imperative. Leads to inefficiencies. Also too many products in the market with different teams etc - need to streamline

Seemed siloed with some political challenges among leaders.

There is no WORK LIFE BALANCE in Mastercard. Heavy load on the shoulders that is suppose to be distributed to more than 1 employee. Needs to rethink of their less employees more work strategy.

Bad managers High pressure No Support from HR Bad Medical insurance, Rude FHPL contacts Have to work from early morning till late evening to serve AP and NAM.
