Hard to have work life balance

Very rigid American structure Pay is a bit below market

I have worked with some great managers and some not so great managers. My current role it seems like all of the MGMT is more worried about their career growth and the easiest path forward then taking care of the customers. There are a lot of self inflicted impacts that have hit the customer. I have done my best to try and prevent but the MGMT teams seem to either drag their feet or ignore. I have more pride than that.

You don't get to do real product, the roles that might come close to this start with Director or President Everything is very hierarchical and layered, decisions being taken top down, so you end up executing. Role is closer to Product Owner/Customer Journey Expert/Feature Engineer Bonus incentives are laughable, while they keep saying how they empower people

Sometimes have to work after working hours. Less diversity

Sometimes working hybrid sucks you into working longer hours at home, but that is more so a personal problem of not logging off at a normal time. Really no cons for me, this is the best company I've ever worked for. I hope to retire from here!
