Director
flexible work, great benefits, great healthcare
not easy to promote and it was challenging during covid due to lack of travel
Lead software engineer
People are super friendly, always helpful and great culture.
Can be super busy when juggling across products. But would depend on the team role.
Lead software development engineer
Excellent learning environment for software developers. Organization policies are very flexible when it comes to work life balance.
Vey average pay. Mastercard need to be bit competitive in terms of pay.
MasterCard definitely cares about its employees. During the pandemic it was clear the upper management was doing as much as they could to make things easier on the rank and file. Overall, pretty good benefits. Good timeoff policy. I genuinely love and recommend the company. But if you chose to work there, you will work a lot.
In a lot of ways, as mastercard got bigger, it has become impossible to get anything accomplished without massive red tape. You spend a lot of time banging your head against the wall. The people at mastercard are generally really good people. And I love the company. But there is too much work to do, and you go in every morning knowing that to get the littlest thing done will probably be excruciating.
Azure devops engineer
It was nice to work with a huge company.
I haven't noticed any cons .
WorldWide payment leader Social benefits Internal culture Diversity Sustainable business
To big to change fast internal processes Go to market time
Sourcing specialist

Salary and development. Salary is way lower than the one in the market, and the development is only possible if someone above your position quits
Vice president
Company values are practiced and taken seriously. Lots of opportunities at the junior to mid levels to move around and learn.
There can sometimes be too many strategic projects happening at once, which is why leadership has emphasized prioritization more recently. Medical benefits should be improved.
Bizops manager
Great Company to work Good medical insurance policy Education policy Benefit of work life balance Respect for colleague
No cons as of now
Analyst
Good pay structure and benefits, overall good work life balance, friendly colleagues
Slow internal team IT systems prone to bugs, small open office plan felt a bit claustrophobic
