Vey average pay. Mastercard need to be bit competitive in terms of pay.

In a lot of ways, as mastercard got bigger, it has become impossible to get anything accomplished without massive red tape. You spend a lot of time banging your head against the wall. The people at mastercard are generally really good people. And I love the company. But there is too much work to do, and you go in every morning knowing that to get the littlest thing done will probably be excruciating.

I haven't noticed any cons .

Salary and development. Salary is way lower than the one in the market, and the development is only possible if someone above your position quits

There can sometimes be too many strategic projects happening at once, which is why leadership has emphasized prioritization more recently. Medical benefits should be improved.
