None that in an think of

work life balance not good in some projects

I do not see any cons with this

Exposure only to a couple of industries and types of projects

Could have w better travel related perks

Profit sharing could be better with a fairer bonus structure for lower level employees versus senior ones. Existing operational /system/process gaps need to be plugged but the focus is continually on expanding platforms and product lines and this puts a strain on an individual's efficiency. US centric organisation when markets outside of the US can drive innovation and process changes just as well, but will need to defer to Global teams.

Like most places these days, not having enough headcount to properly address the typical workload is a far too familiar struggle.

nothing major but one might get confused with technical acronyms being used everywhere and enterprise processes and associated red tape.

Work is boring/repetitive. Pay is awful for the work they expect you to do.

Large orgs take a little longer with transferring of positions and HR tasks.

HR’s are not helpful and negotiate a lot for salary

Flat structure, fixed HR rules to grow, not a meritocratic carrier

Career progression and talent management is still not on par with best in class tech, consulting, banking. Best talent is not closely tracked and guided. Can be more client centric - too many decisions are based on political imperative. Leads to inefficiencies. Also too many products in the market with different teams etc - need to streamline

Still assimilating into the company

Increasing government intervention in this space, and several threats to the business model

Seemed siloed with some political challenges among leaders.

There is no WORK LIFE BALANCE in Mastercard. Heavy load on the shoulders that is suppose to be distributed to more than 1 employee. Needs to rethink of their less employees more work strategy.

Bad managers High pressure No Support from HR Bad Medical insurance, Rude FHPL contacts Have to work from early morning till late evening to serve AP and NAM.

Can be super busy when juggling across products. But would depend on the team role.

Vey average pay. Mastercard need to be bit competitive in terms of pay.

In a lot of ways, as mastercard got bigger, it has become impossible to get anything accomplished without massive red tape. You spend a lot of time banging your head against the wall. The people at mastercard are generally really good people. And I love the company. But there is too much work to do, and you go in every morning knowing that to get the littlest thing done will probably be excruciating.

I haven't noticed any cons .

To big to change fast internal processes Go to market time

Salary and development. Salary is way lower than the one in the market, and the development is only possible if someone above your position quits

There can sometimes be too many strategic projects happening at once, which is why leadership has emphasized prioritization more recently. Medical benefits should be improved.
