NOT competitive salary, cumbersome hierarchy

They would tag your profile under lot many things, if you are not under Software Programming tag per say. you may not be get bonuses and your hike and package structure will be lower than your peer mate tag under engineering. eg. if you have given QA Lead analyst position instead of QA Lead Engineer there is a lot of difference in the salary. Lead Engineer will get higher salary irrespective of you are doing the same job, same level or same project. BAs and Scrum Masters are also mostly refrain from company bonuses. Remember here is bonus I am talking about and not variable pay.

Salary is very basic level only compared to other product companies Work life balance needs to be improved

Too much overtime work to do sometimes

Complex governance - lots of stakeholders

Too much bureaucracy and time consuming for some process

Change can take a long process

Didn't come across as of now.

Not a lot of pay increase later

Low salary as per market standards
