Nice team members, interesting work and pays well.
DQ (Decency Quota) seems to be on the way down in recent times and I am starting to feel more like a number than a person! Many of the processes are overly bureaucratic with people seeing it as their job to stop you doing the wrong thing rather than actually helping you to do the right thing.
