The only thing I could consider is a con would be varying degrees of Nepotism when it came to internal job opportunities. I am sure that is everywhere though to some degree.

The pay was solid and I thought the people there were very nice and welcoming.
Bad management. I was only there for a couple of months and they barely had enough work for me to do. I have spoken to a couple HR professionals recently and they said there is a high turnover rate there within the last few years.
