many have been here for very long, so they dont accept changes quickly, company needs to hire more young/agile people

Frequent Reorg is disruptive and detrimental to change management effort as mid-level long tenure executive do not have the confidence that senior leaders will stay and perceive new direction/ leadership as temporary. Demanding shareholder contribute to churn at senior leadership.
