Corporate environment and a little boring

Company constantly in some form of crisis; 5 CEOs in <10 years; Inordinant amount of wasted energy on cancelled/redirected projects; Bonus payouts spotty and rarely close to target; layoffs (nearly) like clockwork in the Fall

Terrible management, especially PM teams

Senior management is completely incompetent. Revolving doors for execs, no continuity in management or strategy, always reorganizing, persistent cash crunch. Morale is terrible. Many employees just trying to lay low to keep their paychecks.

The rest of the world does not have an accurate and bjective perspective on the company. There is a lot of misleading and downright false information out there. Do your own research.

Direct level and second level managers could use some work with their soft skills.
