When important decisions to be made, politics show up every time. The communication and information sync is not good, which impacted the direction of our work.

The compensation and benefits package is good. Which provide the flex point, 20days annual leave, 120days of maternity leave, additional EPF with T&C. In term of work, can learn many thing here.
The company is really fast pace with various of project. You can learn so many thing but it quite stress and need to be fast due to the dateline is short. Some department will super busy and no work-life balance.

This helps faster problem solving.
1) Working mothers face gender pay parity and career growth challenges. It's openly discussed among coworkers. 2) Toxic, dog eat dog culture resulting in attrition within 2 yr or less stay is very common. 3) Management micro-analyze org survey feedback and harass suspected employees individually. Employees helping stage positive outlook in HR meetings are favored. 5) Noticeable nepotism providing second generation employees better job roles and faster growth opportunities.
