Work is tough, the company is very waterfall model thus painful process before work can even start.

Time Constraints: Internships often have a fixed duration, which can limit the amount of time available for interns to delve deeply into projects or fully experience the company culture.

Pretty much every single thing is top-down. Senior management determines what is needed, how it should be done.

A very hierarchical company structure

Increment and promotions takes time

toxic env, old employees not given opportunities, no recognisation for your work

the work load can be hectic at times

Compensation could have been better
