My five-year journey with Motorola Solutions began when CAPE was acquired in 2019. Since then, I've had the privilege of serving in various capacities—starting as a Field Solutions Engineer, advancing to a Solution Architect, and now thriving as a Senior Product Manager. This progression speaks volumes about the company's commitment to employee growth and recognition of talent. The culture at Motorola Solutions fosters innovation and encourages initiative. As a result, I've been able to contribute significantly to our product offerings, focusing on bringing forward-thinking solutions to the market. I have access to excellent mentorship, honest feedback from management, and an environment where I can grow professionally. Most of the other Motorolans I work with have been with the company for many years, which says a lot. I feel truly lucky to have been given the opportunity to work for such a great company.
