Leadership lacks the necessary expertise, with inexperienced MBA students leading the org and critical initiatives. -Poorly run "all-hands" meetings with no structured agenda or focus. -Recurring issue of low-quality code being pushed to production, followed by constant firefighting. This chaotic environment is further exacerbated by internal politics, where stepping on others' efforts to gain visibility seems to be a norm. Favoritism is rampant, and there is little emphasis on fostering diversity, inclusion, or providing opportunities for professional growth.
