Motorola Solutions cares about people. It's not only evident in their brand story (Solving for Safer), but also in how they treat their employees. The people - their passions, commitment, and willingness to take on challenges - make this a great company.
The company can be somewhat disjointed, with many different products and solutions that are meant to work together, but sometimes don't. Fortunately I'm part of a team helping to bridge that gap.
