Project engineer
nice jobs satisfiying with benefits
meal, boss, distance working hours
Electrical engineer
Great employee benefits , great structure for growth and career progression communicated clearly to their employees with employee feedbacks taken into account, tons of opportunity to expand to develop skills outside of your core duties , eg: innovation, OSHA, tools and skillsets like six sigma , hackathons and so on.
Depending on which team you are on and your scope of responsibilities, although work hours are flexi, you might end up working long hours or head back to office over the weekends . It is common for team members to work from 8am-8/10pm and sometimes over the weekends purely on their core responsibilities. Meetings tend to be booked in 2hour blocks .
Network engineer
Great Environment and good management
Night Shifts and small work place
Product marketing manager
Good exposure to different technologies.
No promotion even if you are high performing. No career development Poor vacation policy
Tier ii technical support
Great place to get exposed to many different facets of IT
Pay may not reflect exactly what other industry equivalents pay
Senior regional manager
culture, work, salary, learning, ethics
lean, growth is slow, travel
Anonymous employee
Good benefits and remote work options.
Lack of promotions and low pay. To get ahead, you need to know how to "fake it" and play the corporate game well. There are too many VPs, directors, and senior managers that lack leadership abilities, and they don't care about their employees.
Technician
Flexible schedule, never missed a paycheck
Pay not keeping up with inflation
Internship
Flexible working hours. Good culture.
Working from home full-time has led to a lack of communication between colleagues.
Remote work Work/ life balance
Low pay HR is useless (especially the Vancouver HRBP)
