Interview went really smooth. Recruiter reached out and laid out the process very clearly. Compensation requirements were clearly communicated and understood. Onboarding process has been informative, clear, and very well documented.
No considerable points here. Since this is a senior position, much guidance is not within the scope of the role. Rapid learning and onboarding required.

Motorola has a well-established brand name in the tech industry, especially in telecommunications. Their products still have a significant user base, and the company’s legacy is quite strong. While not groundbreaking, Motorola's products are generally reliable, offering mid-range smartphones with solid performance.
It's disappointing to see Motorola investing large sums into flashy advertisements while neglecting the investment in human resources. Many employees within the company were eager to expand their knowledge and contribute to innovation, especially through advanced educational opportunities like IIT and IIM. However, the company seems to prioritize marketing and external image rather than fostering internal growth. Rather than focusing on creating groundbreaking products or patents, Motorola appears to be stagnant. The emphasis on advertisements and branding could have been better utilized by nurturing the talents of employees who are genuinely interested in contributing to the company’s evolution through innovation. While ads may boost short-term sales, they do nothing to build the company's future. Investing in the development of talented employees and encouraging them to explore new technologies or patents would offer more sustainable growth. The lack of investment in employee development and education creates a sense of stagnation. Instead of motivating employees to reach their potential, the company's focus on advertisements leaves a lot of internal potential untapped.

Exciting company, skilled colleagues and very helpful people. Good work life balance. Motorola takes good care of their employees, you feel welcome.
As all is so new I have not found any cons yet.
