Finance manager
Stable company, good opportunities to move within the company.
Not the best plan for career development.
Senior hr manager
After nearly two decades here, people ask why I stay. The answer is simple: it never stands still. There is always a new, exciting challenge or a strategic project to focus on, which keeps the role feeling fresh. I am lucky to work alongside truly amazing colleagues. There is a "we’re in this together" spirit that makes even the toughest days rewarding. One of the biggest perks is the level of autonomy I’m given. I have the freedom to manage my own day and the trust to execute my job without micro-management. MSI has built a super friendly, welcoming environment where you can truly be yourself. I have felt supported at every turn of my career.
Not really a con, but given the environment can sometimes be quite fast paced, it’s not a place for those who prefer a "static", mundane routine.

Over the past 10 years at Motorola, I’ve had the opportunity to grow personally and professionally alongside an incredible team of talented, passionate people. The company truly values innovation, integrity, and collaboration, qualities reflected in its culture and leadership. Motorola’s commitment to its employees is evident through strong development programs, recognition of contributions, and the flexibility to balance work and life. I’ve always appreciated how leadership is approachable and transparent, and how every voice has a chance to be heard. After a decade here, I can confidently say that Motorola continues to be a great place to work, learn, and contribute to meaningful innovation. Pros: - Supportive culture, - great work-life balance, - growth opportunities, and a strong sense of purpose.
Like any large organization, some processes can be slow, but improvements are ongoing

Exciting roadmap for future product development
Not really, there's no cons as I can think of

- As a Country Manager, I find immense energy and motivation working here. The company's brand promise deeply resonates with me and gives real meaning to my daily work. - The work environment is genuinely spectacular – it's collaborative, supportive, and fosters a positive atmosphere that makes you want to give your best. - Motorola provides all the necessary tools and clear pathways for career development. If you're looking to grow, the opportunities and resources are definitely here. - There's a strong sense of admiration for what the company stands for and its vision for the future, which is incredibly motivating from a leadership perspective.
While not a con for me personally, the company strives for predictability in its business results. For individuals who thrive in environments with constant high-stakes flux or less structured approaches, this focus on stability might feel less dynamic than they prefer.
