Management keeps shifting people around

Not enough words to describe how happy I am here

Shift work can be hard to get used to

This is out of everyone's control but it would have been better to be able to go in person more often. The majority of the internship was done remotely because of Covid.

Money isn't great The people, but that might just be an industry wide problem Short staffed for past 2 year

Very fast pace and the company works you overtime.

I do not know what to say

good benefit for employer, good career development

Chaotic management; archaic, confusing systems; no respect for accomplishments

Salaries are not as high as other industries
